Computers for Seniors  (CFS) is a non-profit, Cape Cod based, all volunteer organization, established in 1996 with a mission to offer computer education for Cape Cod residents ages 50 and up. CFS currently offers a selection of several courses, workshops, and tutorials in a fully equipped computer lab in downtown Hyannis. They also have monthly meetings with invited guest lecturers who discuss specific subjects of interest to CFS members and sponsor "Special Interest Groups" (SIG) on subjects such as Digital Photography. To see a list of CFS Officers and Committee Chairpersons, click here.

Computers for Seniors also works in collaboration with other Cape Cod entities with similar or corollary interests, such as the Academy for Lifelong Learning, and is a member of The Cape Cod Technology Council and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. CFS maintains a website for the Cape and Islands Councils on Aging and is currently developing new ways to reach seniors who are physically unable to enjoy access to computers and the Internet and Outreach programs to supply Cape non-profits with computer technology. CFS also receives generous support from the corporate sponsors listed below. Please take a moment to visit our sponsor and partner sites.

Monthly meetings of CFS are held at the Dennis Senior Center at 1:00 p.m., on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public but non-members are asked to join CFS after attending two meetings. If you would like to know more about CFS check out our home page or use any of the other links on this page.
